I’ll say right away that it’s Moscow 2016. My husband constantly did not have enough money for his family. We sat down and counted. It turns out that food in the office (in cafes at bargain prices, business lunches, etc.) goes from the family to best case scenario 8t.r. And so up to 16 tr. it came. A nightmare! For several months I hammered into him where the money goes. Now he himself understood. His job is traveling, and he often has neither a refrigerator nor a microwave. I would even say that not often, but almost always. He also travels to different objects per day, maybe 5 of them. I came out of this situation as follows. I buy a piece of meat, pork. (not semi-finished products in a vacuum) salt and pepper and fry in a frying pan. And I give you sandwiches. 3-4 pcs. He likes meat on top and bread on bottom. Sometimes I add boiled egg, cucumber, tomato (all washed at once), sometimes boiled young potatoes in their jackets. He is not yet a fan of my trays, but then he has to take them back and wash the dishes. But the main thing is to take it back. Thus, the food problem was solved. There are also sausages and sausages always in the freezer, just in case there is no time to fry meat. 5-10 minutes and you're done. This is the best food, your man is full, money is in the family.
Answer: Irina, thank you for your experience! Very interesting and reasonable.
If you were really honest in answering our questions, perhaps you once remembered that you traded your lunch for a coke, a sandwich, or a pre-cooked meal, microwaved, or ate a piece chocolate cake or a bag of cookies when you had to snack.
In many cases, this is because it takes a long time or a lot of work to prepare light foods for employment, which is not always true. Also, give in to the temptation that the practicality that some less healthy dishes, may even make life easier, but it also increases the number of calories you consume per day and generally does not meet the body's nutritional needs found in healthier food options.

When working on the road, it is very difficult to calculate and assemble things. There is no refrigerator, there is nowhere to heat it up, sometimes even the husband is forced to put the tool in the dirt - the work is such that even in the morning he does not know where and how he will work that day. And it happens that one thing is planned, then canceled. So what to do here? So they refused to collect the property. When in the office, there is a good canteen, and it’s inexpensive, but when traveling, they go looking for a nutritious establishment. As a last resort, village shops buy sausages and loaves of bread and drink.
Answer: Natalya, yes, the nature of the work can be different. Brawls are not always the answer. Although, in your situation, it might be advisable to take your food in a cooler bag and a thermos. If there is an inexpensive and good canteen at work, then this is a great option.
So, to help you avoid as much as you can of eating foods that don't benefit your health while you get the job done, today we bring you some easy eating tips to get you started. This way, you will no longer have any excuses to give in to snacks and the pleasures of life.
The time between breakfast at home and lunch at work is short, and hunger will likely hit before the time you can leave. Ignoring him and leaving him to eat only after 12 am is not very good good idea, given that when you are hungry, you lack food intake and therefore have more calories than you need.
Olga.: | November 21st, 2015 | 12:20 pm
I always give my husband any homemade food with me. They have a microwave and a kettle, a shelf with dishes and a refrigerator.
So the whole team eats nutritious food per shift... It’s not even a matter of saving... I cook as my husband needs, taking into account his individual needs.
Answer: Olga, yes, individual nutrition is an undoubted advantage of social gatherings :)
To avoid this, good advice- resort to fruits. They are easy foods that you won't have any work to prepare, just stock up in a pot and throw in your work bag or backpack and in addition to killing your hunger, you'll get some important nutrients for your body.
Another fruit consumed could be banana silver. A good option have a lighter and less calorie lunch - do light salad, which you can put together before you get started as it is simple and won't take much time to prepare. Another tip is to choose green leaves for your salad, which will result in a detoxifying dish that will not only make it healthy for your diet but will also help eliminate toxins present in your body.

My husband didn’t work anywhere. And the conditions were different. It happened that borscht was heated in the sun, it happened that cutlets were on the radiator. However, now he has a microwave at work. And he takes with him the same thing that we eat at home. He puts it in containers, it’s not far from work, he puts it in the refrigerator, and when he gets hungry, he warms it in the microwave.
Answer: Yes, a great solution is to take food from home. And good savings result in the end;)
Here is an example of a green salad. Arrange the green leaves in a shallow dish, then place the vegetables on top of the leaves, sprinkle the pumpkin seeds over the leaves and vegetables, and season with the sauce of your choice. Warning: Be careful when choosing your salad dressing. Choose lighter options that don't add too many calories.
The number of calories present in this salad without the addition of dressing. Nuts such as almonds are great alternatives light products, when the hunger pressure hits around 3pm and with so many activities and responsibilities, there is no time to head to the kitchen to prepare snacks.
Svetlana: | June 27th, 2013 | 5:04 pm
And one of our employees heated up snacks in a glass jar on a cast-iron radiator under the window (there were no containers, dinner thermoses or microwaves at that time). The kitchen was far away and she adapted like this.
Tatiana: | January 31st, 2013 | 12:20 am
I also make it for my husband every day. But this is exactly what I make when I go on vacation. All I have to do is warm it up for my husband and son. It lasts for three weeks. I even bought a large freezer for this.
Fill a pot with 24 almonds, which equates to about 30g and is about 170 calories, and leave it in the office drawer when the appetite strikes. In addition to satisfying your hunger, you will also provide your body with protein, fiber, magnesium, potassium, vitamin E and healthy fats.
Natural yogurt with honey and strawberries
For the interval between breakfast and lunch, you should choose fruits such as strawberries, for example, cut and mix with natural yogurt and honey. Another delicious, healthy and practical option preparing light foods that can be consumed when hunger lingers is a natural sandwich. The recipe we bring adds chicken, which promotes the intake of protein needed by the body, and tomato, a vegetable that provides fiber and vitamin C to the body.
Victoria: | December 18th, 2012 | 5:54 pm
Elena, they don’t really have anywhere to eat (
Elena: | December 17th, 2012 | 11:56 am
For Victoria: if you can’t heat it up, just buy a thermos. There are even special thermos lunch boxes with two or three compartments where you can put several dishes. Even a bad thermos keeps it warm for six hours. A good day or two.
Men's taste preferences
Start by drizzling a little light mayonnaise onto each slice of brown bread, then place on top of one slice, thin cheese and chopped tomatoes, pickles and chicken fillet Grilled; heated frying pan. Press each side until they are golden brown. . The number of calories present in a natural chicken tomato sandwich is approx.
Vegetables are a group of foods that cannot be missing from the diet, given that in addition to usually not being very high in calories, they are quite nutritious and consist of important substances such as fiber, vitamins, proteins, iron and calcium, which light foods should integrate your diet.

I don’t collect anything separately for my husband. It’s just that every time I prepare dinner, I calculate the portions so that the whole family can eat and take it with me to work. And I lay it out ready dish on three plates: for yourself, for your husband, for your child, and a container for your husband to take with you. The problem of separate cooking and gathering has been solved. Fast and convenient.
For those who don't really like vegetables and can't eat them that often, a tip is to add them to a wrap, sort of like a snack, where you can put various ingredients. The wrap is a way to kill mid-day hunger and at the same time consume large amounts of vegetables in one sitting.
And the recipe is very easy to prepare. Just choose the veggies of your choice, buy the wrapping dough, put the dough in the pan and give it a little smear on both sides. Then simply add the vegetables and fold the dough. Some vegetable options you can use in your recipe are asparagus, lettuce, tomato, carrots, onions, arugula, corn and chickpeas. To bring out the flavor, the tip we leave is to add a little light mayonnaise or seasoning of your choice. To add a little more protein to the wrap, you can add cottage cheese, one to two tablespoons.

The idea is very good, but here’s what to do if your husband doesn’t have a microwave at work (((And a refrigerator too, it’s hard to come up with something (((
Answer: Apparently, only bring with you dishes that do not require heating and can be stored for some time without refrigeration.
Marusya: | October 2nd, 2012 | 7:48 pm
At that moment when that crazy hunger arises, but you cannot go to the kitchen, much less make something more complex, cookies are a good solution. However, it is best to choose healthier options such as whole and made from rice. To give you an idea, less than three units chocolate chip cookies contain 144 calories. Who says you can't make fresh and healthy meals with pasta? Just replace high-calorie sauces with grains, which with their fiber leave the body with a feeling of fullness and become integral mass.
Not sure how to make pasta salad with grains? So please read our instructions below. IN large saucepan add water and salt and bring to a boil, then add the pasta and cook three minutes less than the time indicated on the package. Do this carefully and season the dough with salt and pepper.
- Add green beans and cook for another three minutes.
- Then drain the pasta.
- In a medium bowl, combine vinegar and olive oil.
- Then add the noodles, chickpeas, onion and celery.
Alexandru. Pancakes are an OPTION for solving the problem of eating out. After rocking, do you want boiled meat? That's wonderful! Eat with pleasure and be healthy! It's just that homemade pancakes are much better than store-bought salads from the supermarket, and even more so stupid shawarma... Bon appetit, Alexander!
Alexander: | October 1st, 2012 | 9:02 pm
You can store the pasta salad for one day, but it must be well sealed and inside the refrigerator. At dessert time, you can lose the sweet meat by giving in to the pudding or cake your boyfriend offers and ruining the healthy lunch or snack he just prepared. To avoid this, make easy desserts like banana fried with cinnamon.
You can cook your banana in the oven or in microwave oven. Simply reduce the amount of fruit you want, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake. One serving with whole banana made with cinnamon contains 95 calories. Are you embarrassed to bring a kettle? Worried about having your steak stolen?
Pancakes are tough. Author, either your husband’s stomach digests fried nails, or I don’t know :)
However, it’s not for me to judge. Here's my option:
Stewed meat + vegetables to go on a salad.
I take the first one from the cafeteria. Yes, perhaps not so budget-friendly, but without fried carbohydrates, which is especially important during those periods when I get to the rocking chair - there is boiled chicken breast seems very tasty meat food, and a fried steak is poison :) Well, that’s understandable - the liver strains even without fried food.
The bonus here is this effect: I eat soup and main dish at different times, i.e. there are no states of “overeating” and “getting hungry in the evening.”
The supply is also made for a week, with the only difference that it is not divided into portions, as for an astronaut.
It's not a gourmandizer, is it? The magic is all in the discovery that preparing meals and kettles in advance eliminates the fatigue-related death factor you have Monday through Thursday as you prepare for the next day. This factor is aggravated when you don't have a lunch habit. But here are some tips for you not to curl and give up the practice.
Keep it simple - instead of preparing different “mixes” for each day, make a maximum of three. Since you will be preparing everything on the same day, it can be very tedious to prepare hundreds of different preparations. Mix rice with beans - exchange for vegetables with baked potatoes, risotto, soups, pasta, Moroccan couscous, various purees and salads. In the latter case, rinse them and let them dry. Spices only during meals, bringing the seasoning in a pot or special glasses. My friend Carl has one of these.
Answer: I wouldn't compare homemade pancakes to fried nails. Believe me, pancakes taste better :)

the idea is certainly not bad... but still, this is for a snack with tea, and not for the main full lunch (lunch should preferably include a first course + salad or a first course + second. As you like. But pancakes are still dry food, not every stomach will like it benefit)
Cooperation gives animal spirit. Discoloration - Clearly, if you have a health problem, it is good to seek out a nutritionist and doctor to give you more specific nutritional advice. Now everyone knows that a colorful dish is very good. Toss some carrots and put them on the rice, make some eggplant stew, chop up some cherry tomatoes, make cauliflower pair and create a custom of having color in food.
If you eat slowly, talk and savor your food, you will fill the void a little. Experts say it takes the brain about 20 minutes to realize it's full. If you chew your food well and drive slowly, you will only eat the amount your body requires, no exaggeration. Bring snacks with you - if possible. Between when you come to work before lunch and after that until you leave, your body is always asking for a little more.

I recently, out of the blue, had a new incentive to provide food for my husband when he goes to work.
In their office (that is, in the editorial office), few people bring lunch with them. Not everyone has wives, some have wives far away, others simply rarely cook.
So, it turns out, it’s customary for them to ask each other before dinner: “Does your wife love you today?” Accordingly, those who are loved stay and eat what they brought with them. Those who are not liked go to a poor dining room.
This touched me so much that now I try even harder to prepare “small cakes” every day))
When talking about the Kibum potty, we use a wide variety of plastic types. I have one or the other that was made to carry food but doesn't need that rococo. If it has no cracks and closes well, good. Transport mainly galley coils in a plastic market bag. But there are pockets like these.
Cool, Sam, but I don't need to bring a kettle. But what about taking it only once at a time to save money in the valley and eat home-cooked food? Don't have microwaves in your kitchen? Savings between main meal intervals. But do you know where this feeling comes from? Is it a potty smell or some awkward situation? Suddenly it's just stupid from your head and it made you spend black money today that may not be enough.
Answer: how nice:)

Dasha, I am delighted. I just recently came across your site, but I’ve already learned a lot.
Question: Do I need to remove the film after the pancakes are frozen? Or leave it like that.
Answer: Svetlana, thank you! It is better not to remove the film; it is more convenient to store in it. I remove it immediately before defrosting.
“I’m ashamed to be a marmite!” Many people associate Marmite with being "poverty" and unconsciously don't want people to compare it to an unhappy person. But this is just more Brazilian cultural nonsense. As many people love what comes from outside, keep in mind that Europeans are such fans that executives, directors and business owners lead too.
Financial analyst Diogo Rodriguez prepares his own food every day. The teapot was made at home and by his wife. We always share tasks,” explains the boy, who emphasizes that he helps in the kitchen. When he stopped eating at restaurants, Rodriguez realized that he had saved almost 50% of what he had spent on food over the past 12 months. Food is very expensive. It's practical and much better,” he says. Before you even scratched the surface, New Year's resolutions can become a reality if you step out of your comfort zone.

and I just put some of my dinner in my lunch container. I prepare 2 second ones at once, and so that they are enough for 3 days each. I can’t get enough of pancakes, I don’t know about my husband, but I wouldn’t have enough. So I carry with me jars of the second dish (side dish + meat) and sometimes, if I have it, a salad.

Dasha, not for the first day I have been pleasantly impressed by how competently you run your household.
I have a question about heating pancakes, do you defrost them in a special mode or just heat them in the microwave?
Answer: I have a special “defrost” mode in my microwave. I leave it for 10 minutes, during which time the pancakes have time to not only defrost, but also warm up.

Dasha, please tell me how long it can be stored stuffed pancakes in the freezer? I’m going to bake pancakes one of these days so that I can quickly take them out and heat them up)))

Great idea!
I’ve been wanting to ask for a long time what is the origin of the word ‘brakes’? It’s understandable that there’s a problem))), but the brakes have been keeping me perplexed for weeks now.
Answer: I heard a version that this word came from the professional vocabulary of truck drivers. The food collected for the journey was eaten during stops. Hence the etymology of the word: slow down to have lunch. Accordingly, problems are slowdowns.

And I’m not particularly worried about making “soboki”.
When preparing dinner, I plan so that my husband will have enough for work the next day, or I’ll prepare a new side dish, as well as meat. But at the same time, a new dinner is required every evening.
Answer: This is also a variant of the “get together”. I make these too: in a container from the leftovers of yesterday's dinner. But these remnants do not always remain. That’s when homemade preparations in the freezer really help out.

Dasha, bravo! As an ardent fan of “conversion,” I find your idea with two envelopes excellent and witty, and as a lover of “gambling with money,” I’ll take it into service, albeit in a different area (my guys simply don’t have any option for lunch other than get-togethers). By the way, your term “smashing” has taken root very well among us and with mine. light hand I went for a walk with my friends and acquaintances. So, it is quite possible that somewhere in your later years you will proudly tell your grandchildren that you became the author of a word included in all dictionaries. Good luck to you, Dashenka. And thank you very much for your work.
Answer: The word “small” is not my invention, I remember it from childhood. I didn’t even expect that someone didn’t know him :) Perhaps these are features Belarusian language? I also try to turn saving from a dull activity into a game of chance, so there is a greater chance that my savings goals will be achieved. But like any Plyushkin, I always regret money for “pampering” myself. I noticed that some purely feminine joys, like the tenth lipstick, a trip to the beauty salon, cream for the “left heel”, another scarf, etc. almost disappeared from my life. This is the way I force myself to spend money on myself too. It helps a lot emotionally :)

Olga: | April 7th, 2012 | 10:59 am
Eh, my husband won’t be able to get enough of this kind of mischief. And he can’t stand eating pancakes for a week :-)
Answer: the weight of one such piece is more than 600 - 650 grams. Considering that two of them are with meat, and two are sweet, this is quite enough for quick satiety and for maintaining a feeling of fullness until the end of the working day. These are homemade pancakes, large and generous in filling:) And eating only pancakes for a week is really too much. But they don’t have to be given every day. For such occasions, I have in the freezer pies, cutlets, pizza, cheesecakes and a lot of other little things.
Men are gentle and dependent. They are also ridiculously naive. Some husbands are sincerely convinced that they are the breadwinners of the family. Naive. Are they the breadwinners? Breadwinners - yes. But not the breadwinners. We are real nurses - tender and weak, but so caring. It’s not for nothing that a wife is considered the keeper of the home, and food prepared by her hands is the best food for her husband.
And while the wife at home, observing the centuries-old ritual, cooks, serves (feeds, in a word), the husband feels like a king and God. But as soon as this ritual stops, the man becomes lost, falls into the blues and becomes the most unhappy creature in the world. That’s why we fly from work with all our wings in order to be in time for dinner and spin around our beloved in ritual dances. The main thing is that he is well-fed, satisfied with life and happy.
All this, of course, is good at home. What about at work? We cannot please our husband at work, acting as an excellent cook and helpful waitress. And they would like that. But, alas, not everything is Maslenitsa for the cat. And during working hours, men not only take a break from their wives, but also frankly suffer without home-cooked food. However, believe me, everything can be fixed. And if your man is pathologically dependent on your kitchen, then to preserve his mental and physical health, you should start preparing dinners for him. So what kind of food can be the best and most convenient (for both him and you). Let's figure it out.
Men's taste preferences
Naturally, these are the ones you will have to focus on first. What food does he like best? Can't he do without something hot? Or is your man a fan? delicious sandwiches? Or maybe he loves homemade pies? Or can’t imagine life without meat? In any case, you need to take into account your husband's culinary preferences.
- Option one. The first is like food for work for my husband
Don't be scared - it's not that scary. If your man has no complexes, and his own stomach is more valuable to him than public opinion, then you can safely prepare first courses for your husband for work. No one argues that such food is the best for a man. And if the working conditions allow you to also warm up the soup, then this is the most compromise option. Inconvenient to carry (carry). Well, that's true too. But, firstly, you can purchase a special compact thermos for first courses, and secondly, you can prepare puree soups, which are thicker and often tastier than ordinary soups.
- It is impossible to live in the world without meat...
Your husband cannot imagine his existence without a juicy chop? What a score. Yes, yes, don't be surprised. Meat as food for your husband at work is a very convenient option, first of all, for you. Well, first of all, cutlets - economical, satisfying, tasty. All kinds of chops and splints - quickly and prestigiously. And just a piece boiled meat will not leave your man hungry and dissatisfied.
- I am the sausage king
Does your husband like sausage? Then preparing him lunch for work is a breeze. I cut off a piece of sausage, a slice of fresh loaf - and there it was, food for my husband’s work. True, you can diversify the sandwich with cheese and fresh vegetables, so it’s not difficult for us - if only my dear were well-fed.
- Pie happiness
If you know how and love to bake, then your man is doubly lucky: both his wife is beautiful and her hands are golden. And my husband will have no problems preparing lunch for work: today - meat pie, tomorrow - pies with cabbage, and the day after tomorrow - pies with fish. True, such food will soon make your husband look like a rich bagel. So what? Will you still love him?
Working conditions and food
Of course, there is no arguing about tastes. Therefore, your beloved can love anything, and you will also cook this “anything”. However, our culinary preferences are not always appropriate in a work environment. Therefore, when choosing what kind of food you will prepare for a business lunch, clarify the situation.
Your man is an office worker. If there is no decent dining room or buffet nearby, then the husband will have to carry lunch “in his briefcase.” Many advanced offices have their own “home” kitchen, or just a microwave. Then you can safely prepare dishes for him that need to be eaten hot - soups, goulash, solyanka, etc., etc. As an option, do not cook specially, but give with you what has already been prepared for lunch or is left over after dinner. True, there is one “but”. Still, not every man is ready to give a damn about the opinions of others and have lunch right in the office, taking out bowls, jars and bags.
Therefore, if your husband is such an esthete, then limit yourself, for example, to hot sandwiches, a piece meat casserole or hearty salad in an airtight food container. By the way, you will have to admit that this food is most suitable for your husband to eat at lunchtime even if your man does not have the opportunity to heat the food.
Your man is not an office worker. That is, the husband has to work in conditions that are, to put it mildly, uncomfortable. Again, if it is possible to eat in the dining room (and if the food there is quite edible), then convince the man that it is best to dine there. If he insists on home-cooked dinners, then it is best to get a special thermos and learn how to bake. A hot first course will definitely brighten up his already difficult workdays, and homemade baked goods will give him strength and lift his spirits. And don’t forget that the husband should have with him not only food, but also hygiene products (paper and wet hand wipes, a garbage bag, etc.).
That is, you will have to choose from two options. Either you prepare hot and delicious lunches, or equally tasty dishes that can be eaten cold.
Hot lunches
The first thing that comes to mind is soups and borscht. Yes, of course, this is a great option if your man prefers to eat just such dishes at work. Don't be old-fashioned and give up glass jars with lids in this case. Buy a special thermos for hot foods or an airtight container. Invite your husband to take homemade crackers or croutons for soup instead of bread. And try making puree soup at least once. After all, there are a great many recipes for such soups.
And another problem with such dinners is the possibility of rapid souring. Therefore, try to ensure that the food prepared for your husband for work does not contain perishable ingredients. For example, soup without carrots. Of course, you can cook it with carrots. But put it whole in the broth, and then just remove it from the soup.
From the hot second course, give preference to sausages or sausages, cutlets or chops with any side dish: mashed potatoes, beans, pasta (oh, how men love pasta!), rice or buckwheat. You can make meat for your husband or vegetable casserole and even pasta casserole.
But, unfortunately (or fortunately), not every man will risk taking soup with him to work. Therefore, most often the best food is not liquid soups and not even mashed potatoes or porridge. Most often, a man prefers to eat during his lunch break something that he can eat without a plate and without a spoon.
Food without a plate and without a spoon
What can you cook so that your husband doesn’t bother with the dishes? Naturally, sandwiches. The usual cheese and sausage are, of course, convenient. But you won’t feed your husband only such sandwiches every day. Therefore, one of the lunch options for work is sandwiches with filling. Firstly, you can prepare a special sandwich paste, for example, liver paste. Spread two pieces of bread with this paste and place one on top of the other so that there is bread without a “brush” on both the top and bottom. Another option is a shawarma-type sandwich. Take a long baguette, cut off the ends, remove the bread crumb from them and put any filling inside (meat with vegetables, for example).
Another option for food for my husband at work is a sandwich in pita bread. Make some suitable filling (sausage, cheese and mayonnaise, chicken and ketchup) and wrap it in pita bread. Or you can spend one evening and bake a mountain of pancakes. Then you need to prepare different fillings for the pancakes: egg with rice, chopped meat, cottage cheese. After that, make some pancakes for future use and put them in the refrigerator. And all you have to do is take the pancakes out of the freezer in advance (in the evening), and in the morning provide your husband with such a homemade and delicious lunch.
And, of course, pies and pies. Believe me, no normal man will refuse to have a snack at lunch homemade cakes. Moreover, you can make pies for your husband at work with absolutely no effort. with different fillings, they can be fried or baked in the oven. True, you can’t make a lot of pies for future use. And this is perhaps the only negative for you.
In addition to pies and pancakes, try inviting your husband to take cheesecakes or pancakes with him to work. Cook meat in batter or simply boil chicken or veal - boiled meat is tasty even when cold. By the way, you can also cook it in batter sea fish or cauliflower, cheese or chicken.
Salads
For some men, such food may become full lunch, for others - just an addition to the main dish. Try making hearty salads for your husband at work with potatoes or meat, salads with chicken (smoked or boiled), salads with cheese, salads with ham, salads with crab sticks. It can be the well-known Olivier in any interpretation, or herring under a fur coat, or “mimosa.”
As an addition and to diversify the dry drink, prepare it for your husband to take to work. vegetable salads: from cabbage, from beets, from carrots. Prepare them with mayonnaise, with vegetable oil, with mustard, but only without onions and garlic. And in general, try not to put strong-smelling foods in salads; you don’t want your spouse to be afraid to open his mouth for the rest of the working day.
As an option for salads - a roll or lavash envelopes stuffed with lettuce. Very convenient food, so that you can take it with you and eat it: the salad comes straight with bread. And the complexity of preparation is an excuse for the lazy. If you prepare all the ingredients for salads in advance (boil and chop) and keep them in separate containers in the refrigerator, then the next morning all you have to do is mix and dress the salad.
