Homemade lemonade with ginger is no less tasty and good than hot one ginger tea in winter. Raspberry puree, lime juice and honey must be added to the cocktail, then poured soda water. According to Rail Dianov, ginger notes give the usual berry sweet and sour lemonade a slight oriental flavor.

If little fluid is supplied, dehydration occurs, which leads to disruption of the functions of all organs and systems. If we don't drink enough, replacing some of the liquid with juicy fruits, the body has to do extra work to get water from the fruits, instead of directing energy to maintain body functions. In addition, moisture deficiency leads to the destruction of our health and premature aging, because cell renewal occurs due to intercellular fluid. It is better to distribute water and summer soft drinks evenly throughout the day to ensure constant replenishment of moisture in the body, and you will find recipes for refreshing cocktails on the “Eat at Home!” website. .
According to statistics, the largest amount of alcohol is sold on hot days. However, alcohol is one of those drinks that doctors do not recommend drinking in the heat. This also applies to beer. A lot of moisture is also used to break down alcohol. Drinking alcohol in hot weather can lead to heatstroke. In addition, alcohol increases arterial pressure and puts additional stress on the heart, which already works harder in the heat. Therefore, on hot days, doctors recommend refraining from drinking any alcohol.
In hot summers, doctors also do not recommend drinking coffee and strong black tea. These drinks, like alcohol, have a diuretic effect. Nutrients and moisture along with urine are simply washed out of the body. For the same reason, you should not consume all kinds of energy drinks in hot weather.
Sugary carbonated drinks and juices from concentrates are especially harmful in hot weather. They do not quench, but only inflame thirst. And all because they add a large amount of sugar. In addition, soda and unnatural juices contain many harmful substances, dyes and preservatives. For the same reason, it is not recommended to use purchased kvass in hot weather. And the gas contained in lemonades and kvass causes swelling.
