- Puff pastry – 400-500 g
- Ground cinnamon, sugar - to taste

It is advisable to take sour apples for making the pie. We use puff pastry with yeast, but you can also use yeast-free dough for cooking.
We wash, core the apples and cut them first into slices, then into small cubes.

Apples– 500-700 gr (3-4 apples)

In the meantime, add 2 cups of flour (200 g) to the container.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of baking powder and mix.
Pour in warm butter.
And add sour cream.
Mix. From the resulting mixture, begin to knead the dough with your hands.
You should get a soft, homogeneous dough.

Take a full glass of sugar (approximately 150 g) if you want more sweet pie, then you can add a little more.

- Flour – 300 g
- Cottage cheese – 300 g
- Butter – 200 g
- Sugar – 150-200 g
- Baking powder for dough -10 g
- Egg – 1 pc.

How to make apple pie:
Sift the flour.

Cut the dried prunes into pieces and scatter them over the apples.
Roll out the remaining piece of dough and cover the fruit with it, pressing the edges of the pie with your fingers. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the workpiece in it. Mix everything carefully, being careful not to break the bubbles inside the delicate dough too much.

IMPORTANT: The shape should not be large, about 22x22cm. One portion of dough is not enough to cover the apples in a large pan and the pie will not turn out fluffy because the layer of dough is too thin.

Make shortbread dough I find that additional cooling of the base already placed in the mold makes it even more delicious. To do this, I wrap them in cling film and refrigerate them for another 20-30 minutes.
While the dough is simmering, I prepare the filling. Using a mixer, thoroughly beat the sour cream with eggs, flour, sugar and vanilla. I cut the washed apples in half and remove the cores. Then I cut it into thin slices. I generally don't peel the fruit, but if it's very thick or damaged, it's best to get rid of it.
After half an hour, carefully place the slices in a circle in a cooled form with dough. I pour it on top sour cream and put it in an oven preheated to 180C for about an hour. The time depends on the oven; after 40 minutes you should check to see if it’s done.
The pie, prepared according to Marina Tsvetaeva’s recipe, is served and cut completely cold, otherwise its unique filling will leak out. The pie should be stored in the refrigerator, although given how delicious it is, it is unlikely that it will survive that long!

I sift the pancake flour, add baking powder and mix. In an enamel container, grind the eggs with sugar using a fork. Then I add the prepared flour there and mix again. Add milk, cognac and vegetable fat and carefully hammer it in again and set aside.
I start the oven to warm up to 200C. I wash the fruits and thoroughly peel them. Without dividing into halves, I cut them into thin slices using a hand grater. I grind the nuts in a blender.
Pour the finished dough into a bowl with apples and mix gently so that the pieces do not break. Then I transfer it to a small form and bake for 25 minutes.
When the time is up, I take out the pie and sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Then I put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Important! Under no circumstances should we remove hot baked goods from the pan immediately after cooking. Leave it in the mold until it cools completely.
There is no need to decorate the “Invisible” cake; it already looks very fascinating. And the delicate texture of the baked goods gives the feeling of the delicacy melting in your mouth.
Apple pie charlotte with apples, grapes and condensed milk in the oven
Charlotte prepared with condensed milk turns out to be very interesting and unusual. I mastered this recipe recently, but my men already love it.
To prepare you need to stock up:
- apples – 2 pcs.;
- white grapes – 150 g;
- lemon;
- flour – 1 tbsp.;
- chicken eggs – 2 pcs.;
- vanilla sugar - 1 package;
- condensed milk – 1 can;
- soda – 7 g;
- powdered sugar.
Easy cooking method:
I wash the grapes and apples thoroughly and let them dry. Then I take it apart bunch of grapes into individual berries, and peel the fruit from the core and cut into slices. I turn on the oven so that it warms up to 180C.
In a bowl of suitable size, beat the eggs with condensed milk and mix them with a whisk. Then add sifted flour, vanilla sugar and soda slaked with lemon juice to the resulting mixture. I carefully mix everything until smooth.
I pour the dough into silicone mold, put apples on top in a circle, and fill the middle with grapes.
The charlotte is baked for about 35-40 minutes. After it has expired, the mold is taken out of the oven and placed on the window to cool.

Ingredients:

- Flour (1 cup);
- Sugar (1 glass);
- Apples (2 pcs.);
- Lemon;
- Butter for greasing the mold.
Preparation:
- We wash the apples thoroughly and cut them into 4 parts. Remove the core from the apples. If the skin on the apple is too hard, you can cut it off.
- Cut the apples into thin slices and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent the apple from darkening and stir.
- Break the eggs into a separate bowl and beat them into a fluffy foam (it is better to do this with a mixer).
- While beating, gradually pour sugar into the eggs in a thin stream and continue beating until the egg mass is fluffy (this will take about 10 minutes).
- Pour flour onto the surface of the whipped mass and gently mix the dough. You should stir not in a circular motion, but from the bottom up, until the dough absorbs the flour.
- Carefully grease the baking dish with butter and place half of the resulting dough on the bottom.
- Place a layer of sliced apples on top and cover them with the remaining dough.
- The resulting charlotte is baked for about 35-40 minutes (in a preheated oven) at 180 degrees.
- Under no circumstances should you open the oven when baking so that the cake does not fall off.
- The charlotte is ready when a light brown crust appears on top, and when pierced with a toothpick, no traces of raw dough appear.
This simple apple pie recipe can be varied by adding spices - cinnamon or nutmeg, which perfectly highlight the taste of apples.
Layer pie with apples
To make this apple pie, you can use store-bought puff pastry, but it’s better to make your own.
Ingredients:
- Flour (500 g);
- Water (1/2 cup);
- Apples (0.5 kg);
- Salt (1/4 teaspoon);
- Vegetable oil;
- Margarine (200-250 g).
Preparation:
- Sift the flour and mix with salt.
- Gradually pour cold water into the flour, kneading the dough so that it comes together into a lump.
- Knead the dough until soft and elastic, adding flour if necessary. Then cover the dough to prevent it from drying out and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Remove the dough from the refrigerator and knead again, adding flour. So that the dough does not stick to your hands.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle in a thin layer.
- Grate the margarine on top using a coarse grater and distribute it evenly over the surface.
- Fold the dough 3 times, folding the edges towards the center: first one edge, then the other. Place in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
- Carefully roll out the dough lengthwise away from you so that the butter does not fall out.
- Fold the dough into thirds again and put it in the refrigerator for another 20 minutes.
- We repeat the procedure 2-3 more times.
- Roll out the finished dough away from you, giving it the shape of a rectangle, and cut it into 2 equal parts.
- Wash the apples, cut them into pieces and remove the core (you can cut the peel thinly). Grate the apples on a coarse grater.
- Place the filling on half of each piece, leaving at least 1 cm of space around the edges.
- Sprinkle apples with sugar or powdered sugar.
- Cover the filling with the free part of the dough, folding each part in half. We carefully seal the edges.
- Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the pies on it.
- We cut the pies into several equal parts (without cutting to the bottom - only the top part) so that ready pie did not crumble or break.
- Let's bake layered cake with apples in hot oven(preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees) until golden brown, depending on the oven, 15-20 minutes.
You can add raisins, nuts or dried fruits to this apple pie recipe to taste by mixing them with the filling.
Shortbread apple pie
Shortbread pie with apples turns out very tender and literally melts in your mouth. The most important thing in preparing shortcrust pastry is not to knead it for long, and not to let it overheat in the oven.
Ingredients:
- Margarine (150 g);
- Flour (250 g);
- Lemon (1 pc.);
- Powdered sugar (100 g);
- Apples (1 kg);
- Chicken egg (1 pc.);
- Walnuts (100-150 g);
- Vanilla sugar (1 sachet).
Preparation:
- Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with powdered sugar.
- Add the egg and softened pieces of margarine.
- We quickly connect all the components, not allowing them to heat up from the warmth of our hands. If the dough seems too hard, you can add a little milk or cold water.
- Wrap the finished dough in film and place it in a bag. Then put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Peel the apples, cut them into 8 pieces and remove the cores. Place the resulting slices in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Grind the nut kernels and add finely grated lemon zest and vanilla sugar to them.
- Take the shortbread pie dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out into the shape in which it will be baked. This is done quickly so that the dough does not have time to heat up.
- Prick the entire surface of the dough evenly with a fork. Then sprinkle with nuts, vanilla sugar and zest.
- Place a layer of apples and sprinkle nuts on top again.
- Place in a preheated oven (up to 200 degrees) shortbread pie with apples and bake for 25-35 minutes.
The resulting pie can be coated with heated apricot jam, marmalade or confiture, pre-heated to room temperature.
Sponge apple pie
Sponge cake with apples is essentially the same charlotte, which can be prepared using a somewhat unusual recipe.
Ingredients:
- Apples (2-3 pcs.);
- Butter (150 g);
- Sugar (2 cups);
- Rum or cognac (2 tablespoons);
- Egg (4 tbsp);
- Flour (1.5 cups);
- Lemon zest (1 tbsp).
Preparation:
- Break the eggs (at room temperature) into a tall bowl and beat until lightly foamy, gradually adding 1 cup of sugar. The mass should approximately double, after which we continue whisking for another 1-2 minutes.
- Sift the flour into the egg mixture and gently stir the flour into the dough from top to bottom until it becomes homogeneous and the flour has dissolved in the egg mixture.
- We wash and core the apples and cut them into slices.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and lightly fry the apples over low heat. Add 0.5 cups of sugar and fry for about another minute. Add 0.5 cups of sugar again and keep in the pan for another minute.
- Add rum to the apples and set it on fire: the apples will be covered fragrant crust and you will get a more piquant charlotte.
- Grease the baking dish with butter. Place apples in the bottom and pour dough on top.
- Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and bake a delicious apple pie for about 20 minutes.
Sponge cake with apples can be prepared by mixing the dough with the prepared filling - this greatly simplifies the process, but does not spoil the overall positive result.
