Most often, raw champignons are added to salads with fresh vegetables, in them they combine well in taste with the rest of the ingredients, and the now popular appetizer made from them is also familiar and popular - carpaccio. But if you are a fan of these mushrooms like me, then I want to show you one more interesting option using champignons and also raw. We will prepare simple and delicious sandwiches.
Products for making sandwiches with raw champignons prepare according to the list. The mushrooms must be fresh, clean them with a clean kitchen sponge from any remaining compost, remove the skin from the caps, this will make them more delicate in taste. Open the mozzarella, drain the whey, you can bake something from it - for example, simple bread or pizza.
Cut the mozzarella ball into thin slices and chop the champignons in the same way.

Having tried and studied the sandwiches, we began to prepare them at home. And for more than ten years the recipe has remained one of my favorites. Because it's fast, simple and very tasty!
Ingredients:
- Slices of white bread (loaf) – 3-4 pcs.;
- Butter – 20 g;
- Onion – 1 small onion;
- Champignons – 100g;
- A little sunflower oil for frying onions and mushrooms;
- Hard cheese – 50g;
- Mayonnaise – 1-2 tablespoons;
- Greens to garnish sandwiches.
Cooking method:
- Finely chop the onion and fry in a frying pan with sunflower oil, stirring, 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
- Peel the champignons, wash and cut into thin slices. Add the mushrooms to the onions and continue to fry together until the onions and champignons are lightly fried and acquire an appetizing, rosy color.

Ingredients:
- Fresh champignon mushrooms 200 grams
- White loaf 1 piece
- Medium sized onions 1–2 pieces
- Butter 50 grams
- Cheese durum varieties 100g
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Cooking method:
- Wash the champignons under warm running water and transfer to a cutting board. Using a kitchen knife, cut the mushrooms in half, and then each half into small pieces and transfer them to an empty plate.
- Using a kitchen knife, peel the onion and rinse well under running water. Then we transfer it to a cutting board and, using the same sharp equipment, cut it into small squares. Transfer the chopped onion to a free bowl.
- Pour into the frying pan vegetable oil and put it on medium heat. When the oil is hot enough, transfer the chopped onions and mushrooms into this container. Using a wooden spatula, mix well and simmer them, stirring constantly, until slightly golden brown. Then add salt and pepper to taste. Turn off the burner and transfer the onion-mushroom dressing to a free bowl. The roast should cool to room temperature.
- Place the loaf on a cutting board and, using a kitchen knife, cut it into slices no more than 1 centimeter thick. Attention: for sandwiches you can use not only loaf, but also white bread, as well as small buns from wheat flour. Bread products must always be made from finely ground wheat flour.
- Using a coarse grater, grate the cheese into an empty plate. It is best to use hard cheese to make hot sandwiches.
- Using a kitchen knife, spread the loaf slices on top with a thin layer of butter. Then, using a teaspoon, place the onion-mushroom mixture on top of the creamy layer and distribute it evenly over the entire surface of the bread.
- We crush the top layer with cheese shavings, and on top of the cheese, using the same cutlery, apply a layer of mayonnaise. Mayonnaise must be applied to the sandwich in a thin layer. Otherwise, it may spill onto the baking sheet during baking, and the sandwiches may burn on the bottom.
- Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet at a short distance from each other so that they do not touch during baking. When the oven warms up to a temperature of 180°C, place the container with the dish in the oven. Sandwiches are baked very quickly, only 5-7 minutes.
