Hello, friends! Today I have a pie with chokeberry- very tasty and healthy. Everyone probably knows about the benefits of chokeberry, but there are very few recipes with it. Basically, they make decoctions from it for hypertension and forget that it contains a lot of vitamins (B1, B2, B6, P, C, K), micro and macro elements that our body needs. IN pure form it is not very pleasant to eat because of its tart taste, but when processed, the astringency is significantly reduced. I have already written how to make “She” liqueur from it, and today I will share the recipe for the pie.
Let's start by preparing chokeberries, I have frozen ones, you can use fresh or dried ones (pour boiling water for 15 minutes so that they swell).
Defrost, rinse, remove the tails, if you come across them, place them in a colander and let the water drain.
Beat eggs into a deep bowl or saucepan and add sugar.
Beat well with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add kefir and beat everything together.
Add sifted flour and beat again.
Now add soda slaked with vinegar. You can also add baking powder.
Add chokeberry.
Mix well with a spoon so that the rowan berries are distributed evenly throughout the dough.
Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle semolina on top - this is for better removal of the pie from the mold.
Pour our dough into the mold, spread it with a spoon so that it is even.
Place the pie in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. The baking time depends on the oven, so check the readiness with a wooden stick; if the stick remains dry when pierced, it means it’s baked.
Remove from the mold and let cool. If desired, you can sprinkle powdered sugar. Let's make a cup of tea and enjoy a healthy pie.
Enjoy your tea everyone and see you again. Bye bye)

In 2012, my wife and I went to visit my father in the city of Lipetsk. We didn’t get much rest, but we managed to collect various berries to prepare for the winter. I described it in detail in the recipe for Japanese quince jam immediately upon arrival in Samara. Then they brought with them Japanese quince, barberry, rose hips and chokeberry (Chokeberry).
I dried rose hips and barberries, processed Japanese quince (northern lemon), and made pies from chokeberries and froze some of the berries. Today, I just want to tell and show one simpler recipe for making aronic quick pie with chokeberries on kefir with a minimum amount of ingredients and a minimum of time spent.
To prepare chokeberry pie you will need:
3 chicken eggs, 1 cup of kefir, 1 cup of sugar, 2 cups of flour, 400 g of chokeberry, one level teaspoon of soda quenched with vinegar, oil for greasing the mold (in the photo above it is vegetable, but it is better to use butter and dust the mold with semolina).
Chokeberry pie - recipe
Combine sugar with eggs and beat well.
Pour kefir into beaten eggs with sugar and beat until smooth.
IN ready dough add baking soda slaked with vinegar and add chokeberry. Mix the dough together with the quenched soda and rowan berries well, and you can start baking the pie.
Grease a baking dish for chokeberry pie with oil, transfer the dough into it and spread into an even layer. The layer of dough in the mold should not exceed 1.5 centimeters in height.
Most The best way To avoid the dough sticking to the mold, grease it with butter and sprinkle with semolina. How to do this, see the photo in the recipe for blackcurrant pie. Place the mold or baking sheet with the dough in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. A quick pie with chokeberries for tea, prepared with kefir according to the photo recipe, is ready.
You can prepare such a quick pie for tea with kefir either with fresh chokeberries or with rowan berries frozen in the fall. From quick pies Using berries, I also make quick pies with frozen blackcurrants. For unsweetened pies, you can watch the preparation of a pie with canned fish and the preparation of chicken chicken with pork and potatoes.
Pies are a classic look. confectionery, which can be cooked endlessly, so that’s all I have for today. Enjoy your tea with chokeberry pie and see you soon on the website Cooking Recipes.rf.

Strain the future wine, squeeze out the grounds thoroughly. The squeezes will also come in handy: add 200 g of sugar and water to them and leave under gauze for a week.
Pour the strained liquid into a bottle and close with a water seal. You can buy it on AliExpress or make it yourself. Close the bottle with a lid, make a hole in it and insert a thin tube without touching the wine. To prevent air from getting into the bottle, cover the place where the tube goes with plasticine. Place the other end of the tube in a container of water.
Leave in a warm, dark place for 2 months. A week after fermentation begins, strain the pomace and add the liquid to the bottle.

The berry layer does not necessarily have to be chokeberry; any small (or chopped) seedless berries will do. Moreover, you can take both fresh copies and thawed ones. Ready pie very soft and tender, but at the same time dense and satisfying.
