I’ve long heard that chopped chicken cutlets cooked without a meat grinder are tastier and juicier. But somehow everyone never got around to trying this recipe from my German relatives.
Suddenly unexpected guests appeared. I had fresh chicken fillet. Very quickly, using a knife, I prepared the minced meat and fried the cutlets. I really liked it. This is the only way I cook chicken cutlets now.
It is not necessary to make the cutlets so small. You can make five or four cutlets instead of eight. To make the minced meat stronger, you can increase the amount of oatmeal. The most interesting thing is that no one will guess that . The taste of meat and the slight taste of garlic completely cover its taste.

If you want the cutlets to be tall, you will have to first fry them under the lid and reduce the heat slightly so that they do not burn.
By the way, I tried to make the same thing from a veal-chicken mixture, we didn’t like it. Veal takes longer to cook until tender than chicken, so the pieces of veal next to the chicken turned out to be harder patches.

Ingredients:
1. Chicken fillet – 1 piece – 200g
2. Sour cream 20% – 1 tbsp. – 20g
3. Oatmeal – 1 tbsp. – 10g
4.Egg – 1 piece
5.Salt, pepper - to taste
6.Water – 1 tbsp.
7. Garlic – 1 clove
8. Parsley - 1 sprig
9.Vegetable oil for frying
100g chicken cutlets: 261kcal
Preparation:
1.Cut the chicken fillet as finely as possible with a sharp knife: into long strips, then across, and then gather into a pile and chop a little more with a sharp knife. Place in a bowl.
2.Add a tablespoon of cold water, salt, pepper, and a clove of garlic minced through a garlic press. Mix.
3.Add oatmeal, you can add 2 times more. Mix.
4.Add sour cream and stir.
5.Chop the parsley, add to the cutlet mixture, stir.

Preparing the base
Before you form chicken cutlets with oatmeal, you need to prepare a flavorful meat base. To do this, beat a large egg with a fork, and then pour milk into it and mix thoroughly. Having received a homogeneous mass, add oatmeal to it, and then cover with a lid and leave in a warm place for 35 minutes. In the meantime, begin processing the minced meat.

To prepare the meat base, pour oatmeal into a deep bowl and then pour in natural drinking yoghurt without additives, mix and leave aside for 25-35 minutes. The specified time should be enough for the rolled oats to swell well and form a viscous paste.
While the oatmeal is soaking in a bowl, prepare the meat mass. To do this, add finely chopped onion to the prepared minced chicken (from breasts), and also add grated potatoes, oregano, salt, dried parsley and pepper.

By the way, if the minced meat contains not only the white part of the chicken, but also red meat from the legs and thighs, the cutlets will turn out juicier.

A kilogram of minced meat;
A glass of oatmeal;

250 grams of sour cream;
130 ml water;
Three tablespoons of semolina;
Pepper, salt, coriander.

A pinch of soda;

1. Pour water over the flakes and leave for 10-15 minutes.

700 grams of minced meat;
Two potatoes;
100 grams of cheese;
