I think you, dear readers, often have to prepare them - and not only on March 8th. Therefore, you are, of course, familiar with the basic rules for preparing salads. But repetition, as we know, is the mother of learning. So:

How to make a simple appetizer with chicken and champignons at home
- Prepare a deep bowl. In it we will collect our ingredients for the salad.
- We clean the smoked chicken from the skin and separate the meat from the bones. We chop it quite finely, or cut it into narrow strips.
- Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and let it warm up a little over medium heat. For now, peel the onion and chop it very finely.
- Pour the onion into the frying pan and fry it, stirring constantly, until golden brown.

- 400 grams of champignons;

Cut the meat into medium-sized cubes. We cut the mushrooms into plate shapes, then fry them in a hot frying pan with butter. Finely chop the carrots. Cut the steamed prunes into strips. Grate the cucumbers.
