Cooking:
  Rinse the mushrooms and cut into large pieces. Pour with lemon juice, mix and set aside. Finely chopped onion, save on 50 g of butter to transparency, then add the mushrooms and simmer until all the moisture has evaporated. Blanch the peas in boiling water for 1 minute, fold to a sieve, sprinkle with ice water and allow to drain. Cooled mushrooms mash with a blender, add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Separate the whites from the yolks and whisk the yolks with sour cream and finely grated cheese (50 g). Squirrel whip with a pinch of salt into a dense foam. Combine yolks with mushroom puree, mix, add proteins. Melt the remaining butter, grease it with the form, sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Pour in the broth, add tomato paste and bay leaf, stir and simmer under cover on low heat for about an hour. In the meantime, boil the potatoes, drain and mash them. Put the mince into a shallow form, mash the potatoes on top and place in the oven, preheated to 190 ° C, for 25 minutes.

Cooking:
  Mix both kinds of minced meat, mix with chopped onion in a blender and white bread soaked in milk. Add 2 tbsp. ketchup, salt and pepper and knead the mince. Boil and peel the eggs. Place half of minced meat in a narrow oblong shape, lay boiled eggs on it one by one, cover with remaining minced meat and press down a little. The form should not be filled to the very top, but approximately ⅔, since the squeezed out juice can flow out through the top. Top up with the remaining ketchup. Place the mold in an oven preheated to 180-190 ° C for 45-50 minutes. The readiness of the mitlof is determined by the juice that stands out - it must be completely transparent. Take ready-made meat bread for a while in shape so that the juice soaks. Mytlof is good in both hot and cold.

Cooking:
  Cut peeled potatoes into 5 mm thick slices. In a pot of boiling water, put the potatoes and peas, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for 3 minutes. Drain water. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp. oil and save on it finely chopped onion to transparency. Add minced garlic, stew for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat. In a bowl, beat the eggs with parsley, add diced ham, potatoes, peas, and quartered tomatoes. Return the pan to the fire, pour in the remaining oil, heat it and pour in the egg mixture. Put the pan in a hot oven and bring to readiness. As a filling, you can use any vegetables, cheese and meat products.
