Preparation:
1. Boil rice: for each glass of rice, add one glass ordinary water and one glass of ready-made vegetable broth. Bring to a vigorous boil and then cook, covered with a lid, over low heat until the rice is completely cooked (until all the water and broth are completely absorbed and the rice grains become soft).
2. Clean the champignons and then cut them into slices. Grate the carrots, medium or large, and cut the onion into quarter rings.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, fry the onions and carrots for about five minutes.
4.Then add the champignons and fry until the mushrooms are ready (they will turn brownish-golden) for 7-10 minutes. Add a little salt.

6. Remove the cauliflower from the boiling water and add it to the sauce, stirring everything gently.

Cottage cheese 400 g
