Canned Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:
- canned tomatoes - 500 g
- olive oil - 5 tbsp. spoons
- paprika - 1 tsp
- basil - 1 bunch
- garlic - 2 cloves
- pepper and salt - 5 g
Heat the oil in a skillet, fry chopped garlic, sprinkled with paprika, pepper and salt. When he finds a beautiful golden color, add tomatoes to it, bring them to a boil. Cook sauce until thick about 10 minutes, add chopped basil, mix, remove from heat.
Green sauce
Take:
- yolks - 2 pcs.
- breadcrumbs - 5 tbsp. spoons
- olives - 1 tbsp. spoon
- wine vinegar - 3 tbsp. spoons
- capers - 1 tbsp. spoon
- olive oil - 0.5 cup
- anchovies - 20 g
- parsley, dill - 1 bunch
- pepper and salt to taste
- garlic - 3 cloves
Finely chop the garlic, capers and olives, mash the boiled yolks separately. To it we add bread crumbs, soaked in vinegar for a few minutes, pepper, salt and olive oil. Mix all ingredients with chopped greens and anchovies.
Delicate cream sauce for rice
Components:
- milk - 1 cup
- cream - 0.5 cup
- butter - 50 g
- flour - 1 tbsp. spoon
- ground black pepper - 5 g
- coriander - 1 tsp
- turmeric - 1 tsp
Melt butter, add flour, stir constantly and pour in cream with milk. Cook the sauce for about 5 minutes and add the peppers, coriander and turmeric.
Shrimp Rice Sauce
Ingredients:
- shrimp - 1 cup
- dry white wine - 0.5 glass
- cream - 150 ml
- flour - 4-5 table. spoons
- olive oil - 50 ml
- thyme - 10 g
- pepper and salt - 1 tsp
Fry the shrimps in butter for about 2 minutes, then pour them with cream and wine, simmer for five minutes, then add flour, mix well, simmer for a couple more minutes and finally add pepper, salt and thyme.
Garlic-nut sauce for rice
Take:
- walnuts - 5 tbsp. spoons
- garlic - 5 cloves
- parsley - 5 sprigs
- olive oil - 50 ml
- pepper Mix - to taste
- salt - 2-3 pinches
Fry minced garlic in a small amount of oil, separately do the same with parsley, chop nuts in stew in a small amount of water. Then mix everything, simmer in oil all together, add the right amount of salt and pepper.
Sauce of greens and garlic
Components:
- cilantro - 1 bundle
- garlic - 5 cloves
- vinegar - 4 tbsp. spoons
- pepper and salt - 1 tsp
Three grated garlic, rub it together with pepper and salt, pour 3 spoons of hot water. In a blender, chop the cilantro, mix with vinegar and garlic.
Tomato Meat Sauce
Components:

Original Prune Rice Sauce
Products:
- prunes - 150 g
- coriander - 5 g
- sour apple - 1 pc.
- walnuts - 3 pcs.
- hops-suneli - 0.5 cu. spoons
- garlic - 3 slices
Boil the prunes in water for about 5 minutes, then beat it with a blender, leaving about half of the decoction.
